Return, Refund & Replacement Policy


By placing an order on PrimePicks.digital, the customer agrees to the return, refund and replacement policy mentioned below.

At PrimePicks, we try our best to check, pack and dispatch every product carefully before it reaches the customer. Since we deal in fashion accessories, watches, bags, sunglasses, wallets, belts, smartwatches, mobile accessories, electronics and related lifestyle products, all returns and replacements are handled only after proper verification.

1. No Try-and-Buy Policy

PrimePicks does not offer try-and-buy service.

Customers are requested to check product photos, description, size, colour, model, variant, quantity and other details carefully before placing an order.

Orders cannot be returned or exchanged only because the customer did not like the product after delivery.

2. 3-Day Replacement Window

Replacement requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

A replacement request may be accepted only if:

- The product received is damaged
- The product received is defective
- The wrong product was delivered
- The issue is reported within 3 days of delivery
- The product is unused and in the same condition as received
- Original packaging, box, tags, accessories, invoice/order proof and all included items are available
- A complete and valid unboxing video is shared as per our policy

Requests raised after 3 days of delivery may not be accepted.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

For any complaint related to damaged, defective, wrong or missing product, a complete unboxing video is compulsory.

The unboxing video must be:

- Single continuous video
- Without cuts, pauses, edits or black screen
- Started before opening the sealed parcel
- Showing the parcel clearly from all sides
- Showing the courier label / AWB number clearly
- Continued till the parcel is opened and the product is fully checked
- Showing the issue clearly in the same video

Unboxing video means:

Sealed parcel → opening → complete product checking

Without a proper unboxing video, replacement claims for damaged, defective, wrong or missing products may not be accepted.

4. Cases Not Eligible for Return, Refund or Exchange

PrimePicks does not accept return, refund or exchange requests for the following reasons:

- Change of mind
- Product not liked after delivery
- Customer ordered the wrong product
- Size, colour, look, design or preference issue
- Customer no longer wants the product
- Minor colour or appearance difference
- Product looks slightly different due to lighting, photography or screen settings
- Sale, discounted, offer or clearance products
- Electronic items, unless damaged/defective on arrival and supported by valid unboxing video
- Any reason other than damaged, defective or wrong product delivered

5. Product Colour and Appearance Disclaimer

Product colour, shade, shine, texture, finish or appearance may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, screen brightness, display settings, product batch or availability.

Such minor variations will not be considered as defects.

6. Electronic Items

Electronic items such as smartwatches, earbuds, headphones, speakers, AirPods-style products, mobile accessories, gadgets and similar products are not eligible for return or refund once delivered.

Replacement may be considered only if the product is received damaged, defective or wrong, and the customer shares a valid complete unboxing video within 3 days of delivery.

7. Watches Warranty

Warranty, if applicable, depends on the product and will be mentioned on the product page or confirmed by the PrimePicks team.

For watches, if warranty is mentioned, it is generally applicable only on machinery/movement issues and does not cover:

- Physical damage
- Water damage
- Glass damage
- Strap damage
- Battery/cell leakage
- Damage due to misuse
- Wear and tear
- Colour fading or plating issues
- Accidental damage

Do not assume warranty unless it is clearly mentioned on the product page or confirmed by our team.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for delivered orders except in special cases where:

- PrimePicks is unable to fulfil the order
- Product is unavailable
- Order is cancelled from our side before dispatch
- Replacement is not possible and PrimePicks approves refund after verification

If any refund is approved by PrimePicks, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges, COD charges, convenience fees, payment gateway charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

9. Sale and Offer Products

Sale items, discounted products, offer products, clearance products and promotional products are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

Products purchased during sale or offers are not available for try-and-buy.

10. COD / Semi-COD Advance Policy

For COD / Semi-COD orders, an advance amount is collected to confirm the order and cover COD processing, shipping and handling charges.

COD advance amount:

- ₹200 advance for orders up to ₹10,000
- ₹2,000 advance for orders above ₹10,000
- ₹5,000 advance for orders above ₹25,000

The COD / Semi-COD advance amount is adjusted in the final bill on successful delivery.

The COD / Semi-COD advance amount is non-refundable if the customer cancels the order after confirmation, refuses delivery, is unavailable at the time of delivery, provides incorrect/incomplete address details, or does not accept the shipment.

If an order is cancelled by PrimePicks due to product unavailability or any issue from our side, the advance amount may be refunded after verification.

11. Replacement Shipping

For approved replacement requests, customers must contact us first at support@primepicks.digital.

The replacement process and return address, if required, will be shared only after the request is reviewed and approved.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by PrimePicks.

Replacement delivery may take approximately 10–15 days depending on product availability, pickup timelines, inspection and courier service.

If the product value is above ₹4,000, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance while returning the product. PrimePicks does not guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.

12. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be raised as soon as possible after placing the order.

Once an order is processed, packed, shipped or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation may not be possible.

For COD / Semi-COD orders, the advance amount may be non-refundable if the order is cancelled after confirmation or dispatch.

13. Right to Approve or Reject Claims

PrimePicks reserves the right to approve or reject any return, refund, exchange or replacement request based on order details, product condition, customer communication, inspection results, product category and policy eligibility.
