This Shipping Policy explains order processing, shipping charges, delivery timelines, tracking and delivery-related responsibilities.
1. Shipping Locations
PrimePicks currently ships across serviceable locations in India.
Delivery availability may depend on courier serviceability for the customer’s PIN code.
2. Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Delivery:
Free shipping
Usually delivered within 5–7 working days after dispatch
Express Delivery:
₹99 shipping charge
Usually delivered within 3–4 working days after dispatch, where available
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on customer location, courier partner, weather, holidays, operational delays, strikes, remote areas, stock availability or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders usually take 1–2 business days for processing, quality check, packing and dispatch.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
During sale periods, festivals, high order volume or courier delays, processing may take longer than usual.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared through email, SMS, WhatsApp or any other available communication method.
Customers can use the tracking link to follow the shipment status.
Tracking updates may take some time to reflect after dispatch.
5. Delivery Time
Standard delivery usually takes 5–7 working days after dispatch.
Express delivery usually takes 3–4 working days after dispatch, where available.
Delivery to remote or less serviceable locations may take additional time.
6. Courier Delays
PrimePicks works with third-party courier partners.
Once the order is dispatched, delivery movement is handled by the courier partner.
PrimePicks is not responsible for delays caused by courier operations, weather, strikes, public holidays, remote location issues, incorrect address, customer unavailability, natural events or circumstances beyond our control.
However, our team will try to assist customers with tracking and courier follow-up wherever possible.
7. Delivery Attempt
Customers are requested to remain available at the shipping address and answer courier calls during delivery.
If the customer is unavailable, refuses delivery, gives incorrect address, provides wrong phone number, or does not respond to courier attempts, the parcel may be returned to PrimePicks.
In such cases, reshipping charges may be applicable.
For COD / Semi-COD orders, the advance amount may be non-refundable if the order is refused, cancelled after dispatch, or returned due to customer-side issue.
8. Damaged or Open Parcel at Delivery
If the parcel looks opened, damaged, tampered with or suspicious at the time of delivery, customers should not accept the parcel.
If the customer accepts the parcel, a complete unboxing video is compulsory for any complaint related to damaged, defective, wrong or missing product.
The video must start before opening the sealed parcel and must clearly show:
- Parcel from all sides
- Courier label / AWB number
- Opening of the parcel
- Complete product checking
- The issue clearly in the same video
Without a valid unboxing video, replacement claims may not be accepted.
9. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers must provide complete and correct shipping information while placing the order.
PrimePicks is not responsible for failed delivery, delay or return-to-origin caused by incorrect address, incomplete address, wrong PIN code, wrong phone number or customer unavailability.
If the parcel is returned due to customer-side issue, reshipping charges may be collected before sending the order again.
10. Shipping Charges
Standard shipping is free across India on serviceable PIN codes.
Express shipping, if selected, is chargeable at ₹99.
Shipping charges, express delivery charges, COD charges and convenience fees are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled from our side before dispatch.
11. COD / Semi-COD Shipping Policy
For COD / Semi-COD orders, an advance amount may be required to confirm the order.
COD advance amount:
- ₹200 advance for orders up to ₹10,000
- ₹2,000 advance for orders above ₹10,000
- ₹5,000 advance for orders above ₹25,000
The advance amount is adjusted in the final payable amount on successful delivery.
The advance is non-refundable if the customer cancels after confirmation, refuses delivery, is unavailable, provides incorrect information or does not accept the shipment.
12. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order is packed, processed, shipped or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation may not be possible.
If a customer refuses delivery after dispatch, shipping charges and COD / Semi-COD advance may be non-refundable.
13. Lost Shipment
If a shipment is marked lost by the courier partner, PrimePicks will investigate the issue with the courier.
If the issue is confirmed from courier or seller side, PrimePicks may provide replacement, reshipment or refund depending on the case.
